Mental Health Employment Support for people with common mental health problems across West London
Twining Enterprise is now able to provide tailored employment support using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to people with common mental health conditions across West London. IPS is an effective evidence based approach which supports people’s efforts to achieve steady meaningful employment.
Anyone with a mental health issue who is motivated to work, no matter how far from the workplace, can refer themselves directly or be referred by their health care provider or job centre. We can then provide them the tailored employment support they need or act as pathfinders to signpost them to all the other support available in their area.
The service is available to residents in Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow by contacting Twining Enterprise.
We have a team of fully trained Employment Specialists able to offer over 2000 West Londoners tailored support to assist with the practical steps needed to find work as well as continued support to manage the transition to employment. The service is a complimentary service delivered locally within NHS IAPT and Job Centre environments.
