Expert trainer to deliver MHFA for Twining
Tracy has over 25 years of working to support vulnerable client groups in the charity sector. Over the years she has worked in mental health, drug and alcohol, learning disability, autism and physical disability for a range of charities and local government departments.
As a senior manager in the sector she has become an expert in developing and sustaining services, strategy and policy, building partnerships and staff development.
Over the years she has led on Twining’s South London deliver supporting front line staff to support clients with mental health in one of our most successful (to date) project as the Operations Manager Chief Executive of SEEC.
I want to ensure everyone has opportunity to lead the best live for them, make choices and be happy. I have a particular interest in Well-being across staff teams and for those we support. Seeing people grow and make choices about their lives and their wellbeing in my role as a MHFA trainer is hugely rewarding
Through MHFA we can increase mental health understanding, reduce stigma and support everyone to feel comfortable having a Mental Health conversation in work.
