Believing in myself again

Jing had found herself in a deep depression which made looking for work almost impossible.  A referral via her GP led her to Twining Enterprise, where she met Sanjay, her dedicated Employment Specialist.  Sanjay helped Jing to believe in herself again and she is now working for a food company.  We asked Jing a little about her experience working with Twining and Sanjay…

What was your life like before seeking support with Twining Enterprise?

After I quit my job at a coffee outlet last year, I had no inspiration to get another job.  I had no energy to search for jobs because of my depression.

How did you begin working with Twining Enterprise?

It was a recommendation from the GP.  Sanjay my Employment Specialist made me believe in myself by having sessions regularly. I am so glad having him as my Employment Specialist.

What’s happening in your working life now?

I am working for a food company.  I wish to continue my job.  Currently, I haven’t decided what I want to do in the future, but now I know how and what I should do at work on a daily basis.
