Samantha's journey to employment with Nitin's support

Samantha worked with Nitin, one of our IPS Workwise Employment Specialists, who helped her not only to get a new job, but also to rediscover her self-worth.  Samantha wanted to share how invaluable that support has been, and what a positive impact Nitin has been on her life.  Here she tells us her story in her own words…

I am thrilled to share my journey to employment, made possible with the incredible support of Nitin, my Employment Advisor.  When I first met Nitin, I was struggling with anxiety and lacked confidence in my job search. From our very first session, Nitin made me feel understood and supported.

Nitin’s approach was always patient and encouraging. He helped me identify my strengths and guided me through each step of the job application process. We worked on my resume, practiced interview techniques, and explored job opportunities that matched my skills and interests.

What stood out the most was how Nitin’s support helped me regain my confidence. His belief in my abilities motivated me to keep pushing forward. Even on days when I felt overwhelmed, Nitin’s positive attitude and practical advice kept me on track.

With Nitin’s guidance, I not only found a job but also rediscovered my self-worth. His dedication and genuine care made all the difference in my employment journey. I am now happily employed, and I owe a great deal of my success to Nitin’s unwavering support.
