I am now employed!

Agnes* was referred to Twining Enterprise when she wanted to find work.  She was paired with her dedicated Employment Specialist, Jenny, who works on our IPS Workwise employment support programme helping people with challenging mental illness across North East London, to find and stay in work.  Jenny worked closely with Agnes, and Agnes was so pleased with the support she received, she wrote in to tell us!  You can read her feedback below…

I have had a couple of meetings with my Employment Specialist, Jenny, which have gone well. I was initially referred to Richmond Fellowship, which was passed over to Twining Enterprise. 

I had a FaceTime call with Jenny before my first meeting where she explained the service clearly. I have had weekly in person meetings with her since. I communicate with her by text in between if I have any questions or to update her on my job search. 

She has discussed with me during meetings about my interests and career goals in detail, discussing the type of work that may suit me and that I might find fulfilling. 

Jenny has helped me with my CV and given me suggestions on how to improve it, including managing font size, organisation and layout, as well as the overall design. 

I am very grateful for her support and encouragement and I am happy to say I am now employed!
